We love combining a run or a workout with a nice cooling dip after, and swimming leggings are a great way to combine both activities without having to change.
There are plenty of swimming leggings on the market today that are perfect for combining activities around jogging, hiking, surfing, yoga and of course wild swimming, many of which offer additional protection against sunlight, chlorine and saltwater.
This is also notwithstanding the addition of keeping your legs cool during cold water swimming sessions. Even in the spring and summer months when the air temperatures are pleasant, water temperatures in the UK can still be cold so it’s important to keep your legs warm so they can do their work during your swim!
