We received a message from Nicky over at Harry’s Pals, which is a brilliant charity that provides emotional support to parents of severely ill or disabled children.
Nicky is organising a charity yoga swim at the beautiful Bare Hill Lakes near Daventry in Northamptonshire on July 20th.
Attendees are encouraged to partake in a gentle yoga session followed by an open water swim. Tickets cost £20 with proceeds going to Harry’s Pals. All levels welcome and goody bags included!
